Yes. You need a registered business, but the bar is low : a sole trader or micro-entreprise qualifies, and registering takes minutes in most countries. We pay against an invoice carrying a tax ID, so there is no route for someone with no registered activity.
You keep everything already earned. You simply stop earning on payments that no longer happen. A refunded payment is reversed, since the money went back to the client.
No, and deliberately. A code leaks : it gets shared and posted, and organic signups start carrying commission. A personal link ties the referral to you and nobody else.
No. Signing up through your own link is blocked. Beyond that, the programme is open : refer clients, colleagues, your audience, as many as you like.
